Follicles grow at an angle and some individual’s are more angled than others. The NeoGraft unit has an angled instrument to allow the technician to remove the follicle without cutting through the follicle. One of the problems with standard transplants is that the follicles are inserted into the bald area with instruments that push the follicle too aggressively.
An unskilled technician can damage the hair bulb and that follicle will never grow. With our automated device, the vacuum pressure used to insert the follicle is adjusted for each person’s type of skin.
